Order Cancellation

Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be easily changed. If you want to cancel the order, please send the order number & cancellation request to email to support@moremorelove.com. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns Policy

Unopened and Unused Items:

 

All unopened and unused items may be returned for a refund of the product value. We do not accept returns on opened/used items. All items must be returned within 3 days of the date the item was delivered to receive a refund for the product value. If you have any questions about returns, please contact us using any of the methods listed on the Contact Us page before returning any product, as any used products returned will be discarded and will not be refunded or re-shipped.

 

Defective or Wrong Items:

 

If you open your item and find it is defective or not what you purchased, please email support@moremorelove.com within 48 hours of receiving it so that we can resolve the issue for you. When sending an email, please include your order number and a photo that clearly shows the condition of the item. We need to see the photo and order number to verify if the item is defective or wrong. Once the photo confirms that the item is defective or wrong, we will ship a replacement at our expense.

 

Please allow us ten business days from the date we receive your item to process your return. Even if we have processed the refund, it may take 3-5 days for the credit card company to process the refund.
